Support

Send support from the account and Project it belongs to.

The authenticated support form keeps your identity and optional Project context on the request, then returns a reference you keep.

Pick the category closest to the problem.

Support requests accept these categories. Add a Project when the issue belongs to one workspace.

Billing

Plan access, payment status and project entitlement.

Technical

API keys, integrations, domains and unexpected behavior.

Account

Authentication, profile and access questions.

Project

Project setup, membership and enabled capability areas.

Other

Anything that does not fit the supported categories above.

Before you send

Give the team enough context to act.

  1. 01

Support requests require an active Webtools account so the platform associates the request with you.

  2. 02

    Add Project context

When the problem belongs to one Project, select it and explain what you expected, what happened and when.

  3. 03

    Keep the reference

The API acknowledges the request with a support reference. Keep it for follow-up.

Customer enquiries are a different inbox.

Use Custom Enquiries for messages from your own website visitors. Use dashboard Support when you need help from Webtools.
